Do I actually own the website?

Yes. The code, the domain and the content are yours. On the monthly plans I hold the keys day to day so you never have to think about it, but if you ever leave, everything transfers to you.

What happens to my old site and email?

Your domain stays exactly where it is and your email keeps working. On launch day the domain simply points to the new site. Most customers never notice anything except that it got better.

How long does a build take?

You see a working design within days, not weeks. Once you approve it, launch on your domain usually happens inside a week.

What does the $79 a month actually cover?

Hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, your domain renewal, your professional email, and up to two content changes a month (new photos, price updates, seasonal messages). It exists so your site never ends up with last year's Christmas banner still showing.

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes. You approve the finished design on a live preview link before the balance is due. If it is not right, we fix it until it is.
